The Captain’s House - WEDDINGS and VACATIONS
The Captain's House is a landmark, waterfront property, located in the Village of Chester. The charming three storey home was built in the mid 1800's by the settler, Rev. John Seacomb, and later bought by retired Captain James Allen. For much of the 20th century, the home was a well known restaurant and inn. The redecorated home is now available for WEDDINGS and VACATIONS.

July & August
Weekly rental only (Thursday – Thursday)

Mid May to mid November (except July & August)

Baker House
Built by Harry Baker in 1916, the Baker House nestles on a quiet, tree lined street in the Village of Chester. The house is charmingly decorated with art and colourful furnishings and is exclusively offered as additional accommodation for guests of the Captain’s House. All five bedrooms are large and airy. Downstairs, a book and video library, games collection, and sun rooms will melt the fatigue from your bones. Baker House is the ideal property to spend time as you prepare for the wedding at the Captain’s House.
