MAIN FLOOR:
When you enter the Captain’s House, you are transported into a bygone era of fine craftsmanship, wrap around windows with ocean views, wooden floors buffed until gleaming. Four common rooms fill one with a sense of coming home: the fireplace in the living room, a diningroom that seats 12, a century pine paneled den that oozes relaxation, and a bar. What a bar! Hand crafted from mahogany by a boat builder, views on three sides, with room enough for dancing to a small band or spirited family card games. Three washrooms will keep you there well into the night.

KITCHEN:
The kitchen makes cooks and
caterers smile. 35 feet (10 meters)
of counter space, two of each
appliance, delivery entrance,
freezer, laundry and washroom.
Painted butter yellow, with a deck
and BBQ, vacationing families and
weddings alike will fill this space with delicious aromas.

THE GROUNDS:
A curved stone walk, surrounded by mature trees draws you to the front door.
A flag stone patio off the bar can hold a 20ft x 30ft tent. A huge semi circular
deck will encircle an intimate wedding of 100 guests or a large family gathering,
back dropped by islands, as the sun sinks into the sea.
